• All types of testing facilities including CMM – 3 axes.
We have a huge Die shop at Chakan Pune for Medium to Large sized Tools
• This is mainly started for die manufacturing, but the services are
extended for other tools such as Checking Fixtures, Welding Fixtures, Assembly Fixtures etc.
•The strength is our “Extensive Know how” and experience of design, Manufacturing and Tryout of large dies for reputed customers.
• Specious Industrial building of 54 m x 40 m. size. Good approach & internal roads, ultra modern communication / data transfer facilities, well engineered internal layout, 3 numbers of EOT cranes, 2 numbers compressors, Diesel generator etc.
Main Machines are :
• Okuma MCV A II Vertical machining center. Size 3m x 1.6m
• Hartford Double Column CNC Machine. Size 2.1m x 1.5m
• Plano milling machine: 4m x 2.5 m machine under consideration
• 2 Numbers of Tryout Presses: 500 Ton Erfurt presses bed size
3m x 2m. Moving bolsters, Micro inch, etc. available. Tonnage
monitoring devices, PLC controls etc will be retrofitted.
• 1 no. Die Spotting Press: ISGEC make Size: 3mx2m moving bolster,
Micro inch devices, Any position slide locking etc. available.
